Project Description: Rotary Club of Akluj organized a Free Medical Check-up and Medicine Distribution Camp for the Warkaris (pilgrims) participating in the Sant Tukaram Maharaj Palkhi procession on 20 July 2026. A team of qualified doctors conducted health check-ups for the pilgrims, and essential medicines were distributed free of cost based on their medical needs. The club also provided refreshments to the Warkaris as part of its service initiative. This project is a part of Rotary Club Akluj's 45-year-long tradition of serving Warkaris during the annual Palkhi pilgrimage, reflecting Rotary's commitment to humanitarian service and community health.
